fig & prosciutto with Persian feta, caramelised walnuts, semi dried cherry tomato & rocket salad.
Doyles Mixed Plate
Our own stuffed jumbo prawn (contains bacon), salt & pepper calamari, in house smoked salmon pate, Sydney rock oyster & king prawn.
Smoked Salmon and Prawn Salad
Our own in house smoked salmon fillet & king prawns with a rocket & avocado salad & cocktail sauce.
Fig and Feta Salad (vegetarian menu option)
Fresh fig & Persian feta, caramelised walnuts, semi dried cherry tomato & rocket salad

Steamed fillet with pipis, prawns, mussels & Asian greens.
Scampi and Prawns
Chermoula spiced scampi & king prawns, oven roasted with Moroccan spiced couscous, charred sweet corn salsa & tzatziki dressing.
Trio of Fish
John dory, whiting & snapper fillets golden fried in our light & tasty beer batter made with Doyles Lager. Served with chips & Alice Doyle's chilli plum sauce.
Eye Fillet Steak
300g eye fillet cooked (medium) served with a creamy roasted garlic potato puree, snow peas, asparagus, green beans & roasted cherry truss tomato & a red wine jus.
Cold Seafood Salad
Blue swimmer crab, fresh king prawns, freshly shucked oysters, in~house smoked salmon fillet & mussels served with a fresh mango salad.
Vegetable Pie (vegetarian menu option)
Roasted pumpkin & zucchini, broccoli, squash, carrot, leek & onion in a light mornay & course grain mustard sauce topped with puff pastry & served with creamy mash potato.
Cheese and Seasonal Fruit Plate
This menu must be booked & pre-paid in advance. A booking form must be completed & returned to us to confirm your reservation. You will need to specify if you require the standard set menu, vegetarian set menu or any children’s menu.
Children’s Menu (Under 12’s) – Fish & Chips or Calamari & Chips, a soft drink & an ice cream $80 per child.
There will be an option to upgrade from the standard set menu main course to a platter option for main course for an additional cost of $50 per person (min 2). You may upgrade on the night only.
If you do not make a selection from all courses then you will still be charged $200 per person or $250 per person if you upgrade to the platter option.
Your food will be served in accordance with your time of arrival, to assist with the smooth service of the restaurant.
Beverages are not included in this package.
The Champagne cocktail served on arrival may not be exchanged for an alternative beverage.
An additional 10% weekend and public holiday surcharge applies. All credit card payments incur a 1.1% processing fee.
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any guests that cancel after 24.12.18.
Groups of 10+ may be seated on more than 1 table.
Unfortunately, split billing is not available, nor do we offer a cash bar.
No specific seating requests will be guaranteed. Inside/Outside/window seating may be requested but is not guaranteed.

Unfortunately, we do not cater for BYO cakes or alcohol.
