Fresh Bread Roll on Arrival

Salt & Pepper Calamari
Deep fried with garlic aioli.
Sydney Rock Oysters
1/2 dozen natural. Freshly shucked with homemade cocktail sauce & lemon.
Fig & Feta Salad
Fresh fig, Persian feta, rocket leaves, semi~dried cherry tomatoes & balsamic reduction.
Doyles own Jumbo Prawns
Filled with bacon, sultanas, egg, spinach, leeks & pines nuts. Golden fried in beer batter served with curry mayonnaise.
Queensland Tasmanian Scallops
Lightly grilled with a cucumber, capsicum & red onion salsa & a chilli, ginger, coriander & citrus dressing.
Main (choose 1)
Grilled & served with sautéed artichoke, asparagus, spinach & a saffron butter sauce.
Grilled & served medium with steamed Asian greens & misa soy butter sauce.
Trio of Fish
John dory, whiting & flathead fillets golden fried in our light & tasty beer batter. Served with chips & Alice Doyles chilli plum sauce.
Rib Eye Steak
400g grilled rib eye on the bone. (served medium) with grilled tomato, mushroom, fried onion rings, café de Paris butter & shoe string fries.
Cold Seafood Plate
King prawns, blue swimmer crab, natural oyster, Doyles own in~house hot smoked salmon fillet with a mango & fennel salad.
Char~grilled vegetables with roast garlic, chilli & pesto oil. Garnished with parmesan.
A rich chocolate dessert served with vanilla bean gelato, strawberry compote & a macadamia nut praline crumble.
This menu must be booked at least 7 days in advance & the completed Christmas Group Booking form must be completed & returned to confirm your reservation. Dietary requirements at least 7 days in advance.
Beverages are not included in this package.
An additional 10% weekend and public holiday surcharge applies.
A $50 per person cancellation fee will be charged for any guests that cancel giving less than 24 hours notice, this would be applied to the bill on the day of event. For a group no show, the fee will be charged to the card provided.
Groups of 10+ may be seated on more than 1 table.
Inside/Outside/window seating may be requested but is not guaranteed
Unfortunately, split billing is not available, nor do we offer a cash bar. Your bill will be presented for payment at the end of your function. Gratuity is not included.

A valid credit card is required to secure all group reservations for 12 people or more.
Unfortunately, we do not cater for BYO cakes or alcohol.
All credit card payments incur a 1.1% processing fee.
A La Carte menu prices will be charged if we are not notified of dietary requirements in advance of your reservation (48 hours please).
Large group reservations are accepted for lunch at 12, 12.30 & 1pm (subject to availability). We require tables to be vacated by 4.30pm.
Large group reservations are accepted for dinner at 5.30, 6, 6.30, 7 & 7.30pm (subject to availability). We require tables to be vacated by 11pm.
